SEM micrograph Moth-Eye Structures / Anti-Reflective Surfaces
Surface-relief structures that are smaller than the wavelengths of visible light, also called sub-wavelength structures, reduce the reflection of the surface. Origination of customised antireflective structures with a standard reflectivity of <1.0% (single side RI=1.5) are available up to areas of about 500mm x 700mm and larger in future.

Microlens Arrays - MLAs
The application areas of microlens arrays include light homogenisation and beam shaping for lighting applications and displays backlight units.
MLAs
also help to couple light out of and into optical systems like OLEDs or organic photovoltaic cells.

SEM micrograph Engineered Diffusers
Tailored light distribution can be realised with engineered diffusers. Such diffusers are used in displays backlight units, lighting fixtures, projection screens and for beam shaping of light sources like lasers or LEDs.

Customer Specified Light Management Structures
Other light management structures like diffraction gratings, prism and lens-arrays in the micrometer-scale can be realised. Applications do not only cover the visible spectrum domain, but range from the UV to the near infrared. The uniqueness of our technology is tailorability within a wide scope of possible structures and realisation on large areas in the meter scale (currently up to 600 x 800 mm²).
